Why didn't I receive a reset password email?

There are a few points in the chain with this one, I'm assuming you've checked your email system so the next thing to check is the users's status. 

Password reset emails don't get sent if the user is set as Inactive in Buttonwood.

If this is not the case you may need to log a ticket to get the Buttonwood team to have a look at what's going on.
