Plugins are used to extend the Broker's functions and features, falling into the categories detailed in the following table.
Plugin Type | Description |
Provider Plugin | Enables ability to communicate and deploy workloads to various cloud service providers |
Integration Plugins | Enables additional features or integration with 3rd party services |
Repository Plugins | Enables ability to utilise scripts and files from externally managed private or public repositories (eg. SMB shares, Git) |
This article describes the procedures to enable and disable plugins within the Buttonwood Cloud Broker.
Please liaise with your Buttonwood Accounts team if you require additional plugins to be enabled for your tenancy.

Prerequisites
- Administrative access to the Broker UI
Enable a Plugin
- Log into the Broker UI as an administrative user
- Navigate to Admin > Plugins
- A list of installed plugins will be presented
- Locate the plugin to be enabled, click the ellipses menu to flip the tile
- Click Enable
- The plugin is now enabled
Disable a Plugin
- Log into the Broker UI as an administrative user
- Navigate to Admin > Plugins
- A list of installed plugins will be presented
- Locate the plugin to be disabled, click the ellipses menu to flip the tile
- Click Enable
- The plugin is now disabled
