Organisation details include address and contact details, as well as timezone and currency configuration.

Managing Basic Details
This section describes the steps required to manage the basic details of the organisation in Buttonwood Exchange.
Note: The following properties are configured during the Buttonwood tenancy onboarding, and hence are not editable:
- Organisation Name
- Login Domain
- Currency
Procedure Steps
- Login to the Exchange UI as an administrative user
- Navigate to Manage > Organisation
- Select the Details tab
- In the Basic Details section, click Edit
- In the Edit Time Zone screen, enter the following information:
- Time Zone: The selected timezone to display and group charges
- Time Zone: The selected timezone to display and group charges
- Click Update
- A notification indicates the status of the request
Managing Organisation Address
This section describes the steps required to manage the address details of the organisation in Buttonwood Exchange.
Procedure Steps
- Login to the Exchange UI as an administrative user
- Navigate to Manage > Organisation
- Select the Details tab
- In the Address section, click Edit
- In the Edit Address screen, enter the following information:
- Address Details: The physical address of the organisation's main office
- Address Details: The physical address of the organisation's main office
- Click Update
- A notification indicates the status of the request
Managing Organisation Contact
This section describes the steps required to manage the contact details of the organisation in Buttonwood Exchange.
Procedure Steps
- Login to the Exchange UI as an administrative user
- Navigate to Manage > Organisation
- Select the Details tab
- In the Contact section, click Edit
- In the Edit Contact screen, enter the following information:
- Contact Details: The primary business contact for the organisation
- Contact Details: The primary business contact for the organisation
- Click Update
- A notification indicates the status of the request
