Problem Description

The following error is seen for a notification which appears in the Unsent Notifications screen.

<BCXExchange> {sendNotificationMessage} java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid Template BROKER_DISABLEDDEPLOYMENTHASRUNNINGRESOURCES. 400.0 (200)

Cause

Buttonwood Cloud Exchange uses internal templates in order to correctly format messages sent from the system. The error indicates that the expected template for this system notification isn't available.

Please contact Buttonwood Support to resolve this issue.
